its been a while sports wise this is what happed. Hendersonville had a good football season and a good girls soccer season but baskitball has been a disaster. it really has not been a good year .

Preds are trying to hang in there Bulls stinks Titans lost to the ravens in playoffs and then the Steelers won it all all afther the Cubs broke my heart

weather wise its been a cold winter in Hendersoville . we had a lot of snow and ice for once and once again we are expecting more today

life is good. still enjoying helping the church youth out and trying to live a Christ-like life still not perfect but hey no one is

the blog will cover weather a lot more and I will do some interviews of friends and family so you can get a gimple of what our lives are at in this town and beylod . but I will still cover sports but trying to cover all my intnerts too.

Week One of the NFL playoff is in the books and next week the Titans have to face the Ravins. being on facebook last night was worth it. two of my firends one a ravins fan from b-more and one a Titans fan debate the upcomming game.. the others games were barely over and those two great buddies of mine start talking smack. this makes me love the playoffs

any way. my two epic fail awards go to:
Miami - soppy play way to end a great season Fins (and Michel P is none tooo happy )

Norway is our rivel in woman soccer and i am upset we lost. ...well not so much ...... it's girls soccer what did you excpet? the real soccer players the men won today VS Japan - Japan hasn't been that sucessfull of a footballing nation since WC 20002 in thier own backyard. so i wasn't too surpised

The Golden Girls May be A HHS dance team but their TV namesakes has been around longer then any of the girls danceing on the team now. the tv show Golden Girls shound be must see on TV for the girls as the Golden Girls on TV showed what it mean to be a great person .. one of the TV "Golden Girls" was Estelle Getty who played Bea Athuer's weise craking mom on the show. she was funny and had a lot of of people in the USA lahging hard during the 80's. today Getty died at 5:30 AM in the the L.A. Area of CA today. She is one of the TV sitcom Actnesses i foever conseder Great. she will be missed by us TV fans. The pic on the left is from the AP. she is holding her Golden groble award. A Few weeks ago I saw two moves at Jeff Thomas's House with Chris and Jeff I will review them both in two days today the first move we saw: Gangs of New York . This was a real Masterpiece Starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Amserdam Vallen with a great suporting cast, starring Daniel Day-Lewis as the butcher and Cameron Diaz as Jenny, Amterdam's love was set in the time of the draft riots docments the rise of the gang in america the final sence is awesome with the draft riots and the fight that insues. Great acting along with great spicel effits work make this one into one of the greatest movies of all time

I was eating lunch and watching the news when i saw it. It's hard to believe for those of you that saw the new Batman Movie The Dark Knight. WSMV reported today that Christian Bale who played Batman was arrested in London on Assault Charges . What happened was that Bale went off and assaulted some members of his family in a Posh London Hotel Causing Scotland Yard to be called in and Bale was arrested Jailed and released on Bail. Will Christian's caleer will be put on hold for Jail time? we know in the next few months days ahead

1. the girls lost to the Lady Bulldogs. pitfull game and that's not a knock on my friends and youth who play for HHS, the Lady Bulldogs came out and just ran away with it..i was surpised thier was no mercy rule it was that bad folks, in the boys game tho...

2. ....the Commados won that one, great game played by my friends on that team they jusat pouled the rock and made the shots that counted!

what a night to be a fan here in Nashville TN, Mt Juilet handed the Hendersonville Commandos Their sec both game loss in a row ...and yours turey was there to witness it! the girls got crushed big time and the guys lost a fairy close game. The Lady Bears are really good so i was epxeting a loss but not by that much. i really enjoyed the guys game...even tough we lost..they never gave up.

then it was back to the Slate Casa, Where i caught the last period of the
Nashville Predators 4-0 win over the Colorado Avalanche. I really enjoyed the l;ast have 3 stight unanwered goals. sorry to all the Avs fans out there. i enjoyed this win. Thursday the Preds head to Phoenix and on Friday Hendersonville has a home game

what a night.

I just woke up ahfher a long night... last night Me, Dan Pankin, his dad Ray, Michelle Stewart and Chris Turner all went to see our friends Jeff and Rachel Thomas and Kevin Callas's Band Next Year's Best play along with servel awesome bands. Me and Chris Met up at my Crib in Hendersonville and Then made the 20 mile trip to Nashville, It took 20 mins to make the drive ahfer a pre show Dinner at the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut in Hendersonville. We got to the Exit/In and Met Ray,Dan,and Michelle there. My inpressen that it was Larger then the last club i saw NYB play at. (The Muse witrrch in a twist of Irony was shut down by the Metro Nashville Gov't the day before the show) the lineup was diverse. we had a goth band, we had a solo act, we had Metel bands, we had some cali style bands (the ones you would hear when you walk into Hollster), and then you had awesome bands like Alen's foley who in my mind seams to be on thier way to stardom. and then you had Next Year's Best. they are like the next Radiohead or the American Verison of it. the band that won it all was you guessed it a Metel band- They were great. and had more fans out then we did. Jeff Rachel and Kevin were not disapointed at all when we talked to them- they wrre just glad to be given this oppturey to play beofre a great crowd. Then at 12 20 this AM CST Me and Chris made our way back home to H'Vegas Arriveing back at my Place around 12 :45 CST.

I Saw The Hit Holiday Movie Elf Last Night this movie made in 2003 was well done comedy. Will Ferrell of SNL Fame stars as Buddy Elf. who's anything but a Elf. He was a opsen sent to the north pole. After a lot of hard times at the North Pole, He goes in search of his real dad in NYC and that is where the funny stuff starts. I won;'t spoil most of the gags here for most of the ppl who haven't seen it yet. But i really Enjoyed this film. 3 1/2 Footballs. Worth a Rent

Station Camp High in Gallatin tonight at 7:30 pm. For those of you who are in the Nashville (and parts of the southeast) the game will broadcast on Comcast Sports Southeast. I reamber last time we played them we killed them 23-0. This is a farey new Rivalry as the school was built to ease overcrowding at Hendersonville along with Gallatin and Beech back in 2002-2003. Since then, Station Camp's football program has been growing and getting better. Last year coming off the F-3 tornado that stuck the school. The Football Team came tough and went to the playoffs for the first time ever, Having almost beaten all it;'s opponents and They were racked highly in the State Poll for their class. I am not taking a team so dangerous lighty . Sould be a good game

Horrablie game.

the Cubs lost to the San Francisco Giants 4-1 in what was one of the most painfull games to watch. The Cubs Bats were flat out cold. When we got on base on time the baserunner got picked off. and most of all We Let Matt Cain hit one out of the park for the game winning home run in the 6th. Big Z didn't have a good day on the mould. A lot of things i am disapointed in today. one of the worst games the Cubs have played all year

That Being Said The Chicago Cubs Blasted 2 runs in the 10th to beat the San Francisco Giants 4-2 There was many things i was impressed about the Cubs last night. The Pitching was solid. It was maybe the best pitching i saw all season from the Cubs. Rameraz came toguh in the late innings to tie the game at 2-2 and in the 10 the Bats from the Cubs awoke and scored 2 runs to win the game. We Went a full game ahead as the Milwaukee Brewers Lost last night. I went to bed at 12 Am CDT this morning Very happy.

Fast foward to Now - I am a happer Person. Doing something i love Shareing to the good news and gotten out of the chat room plase

What i found out that by being sad i was liveing an unhethley life being depressed and fdould out that chat rooms aren't a place to be in

What i aslo found out was that God and my many friends love me

2004 marking the beingeinig of a turnaround that has incrrsed to this day. I make it a point to attued worship services at church and to be more invoed with the Youth and minster to the HHS kids.

Just got word that Mike Awesome a ECW lenged killed himself last night i am very much sadded by this I tgoght Mike was great during the ECW on TNN days and his days both in WCW and the WWE he was a hard worker and eve tought the "that 70's guy " gimmik didn't catch on with the Fans in WCW . We Had a GREAT speaker named Drew, He Pointed out that the Church has in History has built Fences and exclude People and said that our youth today have to stand up for ppl who do get "left out". We also had a great in-house band for all 3 services and the Sunday morning worship "3 Mile Road" was awesome. This trip is what i really needed after a rough year.

wow what a game on sunday! I tuned in at the start and the The New York football Giants went up 21-0 anmd i said "game over. we suck" to a friend on facebook , Liltte did i know i was going to eat my words, I tunred the game back in at the 4th and it was 21- 14 "WTF WE arte scoreing TDs ?" i said and then right there I watched Vince Young and the Titans Tie it 21-21 and i am thinking "this is too good to last we will lose in OT" and Pacman Interships tthe ball anhd Brinas (who i had so liltte faith in at the start of the season hit the 49 Yarder asnd we won. Welll ECW at the monent is the best show WWE has going for them right now. last night main event of RVD vs Big Show in a Ladder match was insane ! i had my dounts about the match but was very inpressed with the way Big Show took his bumps- RVD won a shot at the ECW title. good storytellling is getting this show good rateings. on aother note can someonhe upstars warm this city up ? it hit 31 again last night. i have to take my dogs out in the mornings and me and them don't like this weather commming too soon !

what a game! Last night i went to the Hendersonville VS Frankin High School (the one in Willemson co not the one in KY ) and i arivrred about 20 mins late due to a back ajustmnbet at Dr Cater;s office but the goal scoreing begain with My friend Melissa Govea scoreing as the halftime neared and then the Rebels pulled that one back to tie it 1-1. and we were at half time as the boys team from last year were pesented with soccer balls I talked to my friend Kathryn Keffer , (who is a baskitball player at the schoolk and one of the most outstnadinjg youth in Hendersonville) we played back a voicemail with me quotneing the movie
Braveheart . the half ended and the 2 hlaf began with the rebels socreing once again and then right affer Kate Anthony puts one in the net! Kate is a very close friend and i was cheering so loud for her and then at the end Allison Griffin won it for us, The "Field of Dreams" rocked and rolloed with each and every shot. the best lady Commado soccer game i have been to.... ever!

WWE RAW was a great show last night, I was late turning in but the show was better then the past few weeks.. Some highlights:

1. The six pack IC match was Awesome! Super Crazy is really Poeveing himself his worth in the WWE with his work last night I was impressed by all the Westsers in the math Even Jonny Nitro who I hate beyold words really stepped it up , In the end Nitro won pissing me off royely but that's his job as a Heel

2. DX really was funny in there Tibute vindio to Vince and Shane It was truly Gold

this was a great show ***1/2 I only saw the last 90 mins

in other news the Monday night football game was a snooze fest. I am glad I didn't watch it

homecomming friday night was great (at left me with last year's queen Lacey J ) it was awesome three of my closet friends at the high school were on the court this year Kelsey D and Lauren R were on the court along with the Queeen Sara N my friend Taryn B was aslo on the court . HHS beat Nashville Hillwood 22-0 in what was otherwise a sloppy game I hope to get More pics up soon
